Board Requirements Individual Board Members shall commit to a two-year term that have the following individual responsibilities: • Attend meetings and organizational events. • Be informed about Parental Hope’s mission, services, policies and programs. • Review agenda and supporting materials prior to meetings. • Serve on committees and offer to take on special assignments. • If possible, make a personal financial contribution to Parental Hope. • Inform others about Parental Hope. • Be an advocate for Parental Hope. • Keep up-to-date on infertility-related developments and trends. • Follow all policies and procedures. • Assist Board in carrying out its fiduciary responsibilities. Onboarding The onboarding process first includes an interview with Co-Founders, David and Jennifer Bross.
