Serve as a guide for our urban history walking tour program on weekends from June to September.
Assist with sign-in during blood drives at our hospitals.
Assist patients and families in creating a keepsake photo book.
Help with tasks like filing, putting together packets of information for patients and families, photocopying, and scanning/uploading documents.
Help us capture pictures at events and nonprofits all over the city!
Be part of the team that Village Life calls on when we need help at an event, or when we have a big mailing to get out, etc.
Coordinate transportation, scheduling with schools, meals for tours, compiling essay and evaluation summaries.
Help by scheduling in-school sessions and bi-weekly in-school program administration. Coordinating Training Sessions.
Help identify grant opportunities and fill out grant applications.
Schedule meetings with key officials, as well as assistance with fundraising, creating sponsorship programs, scheduling and coordinating community forums, and facebook communications.
