This committee gives insight and input into important decisions that greatly impact students’ lives and shape their educational experiences. The committee is composed of parents, teachers, staff members, students and community members. The LSDMC meets nine times each year.

The Adopt a Park program is where a company, group of individuals, or other organizations agree to clean up a park six or more times a year. Groups who adopt a park will get signage placed at the park that they have adopted and will have access to safety vests, trash bags, and gloves.
