About us	Gorman Heritage Farm is a 122-acre working farm and outdoor education center, inviting visitors to explore and learn the history, methods and values of a working family farm in a natural setting. We are located on Reading Road in Evendale, Ohio. The Farm is one-half mile south of Glendale-Milford Road.

Requests	Program Measurement-Metrics Project: About 7-10 hours Desired skills: Business Development, Data Analysis, Project Management, Research, Strategy Consulting Looking for someone who has experience evaluating informal educational programs, such as museum programs or school programs. We have two surveys we use to evaluate our school field trip programs: -customer satisfaction form - We want to know how we can better assess the quality of our programs. Do we meet the needs of teachers? -student knowledge assessment - We want to know what impact our programs have on the students who participate in our program. Looking for someone who has experience evaluating informal educational programs, such as museum programs or school programs. We have two surveys we use to evaluate our school field trip programs: -customer satisfaction form - We want to know how we can better assess the quality of our programs. Do we meet the needs of teachers? -student knowledge assessment - We want to know what impact our programs have on the students who participate in our program. Are they impacted by our mission? Do they retain standards-based lessons? This kind of information is used when writing grants. Conversation idea: -Review our current surveys (both satisfaction form and knowledge assessment), offer feedback for best practices on evaluation forms and procedures. Earned Income Plan Conversation: 1 hour Desired skills: Business Development, Communications, Event Management, Finance, Marketing, Project Management, Strategy Consulting, Writing/Editing We are interested in a conversation with helpful tips and recommendations. Fundraising Conversation:* 1 hour Desired skills: Branding, Business Development, Fundraising, Legal, Marketing, Project Management, Public Relations We are interested in a one-hour conversation primarily about corporate sponsorship. Donor Relations Conversation:* 1 hour Desired skills: Branding, Business Development, Communications, Fundraising, Graphic Design, Marketing, Writing/Editing We are interested in a one-hour conversation specifically about donor thank yous (frequency, best practices, etc.) Technology Assessment Project:* About 7-10 hours Desired skills: Business Development, Information Technology, Strategy Consulting We are currently using multiple I.T. systems in different areas and we would like to combine these for more efficiency. Organizational Strategy Conversation:* 1 hour Desired skills: Business Development, Human Resources, Strategy Consulting* Our current Strategic plan ends in 2020 and we would like help in developing an updated plan for 2021-2023. Program Strategy Conversation: 1 hour Desired skills: Business Development, Research, Strategy Consulting* The elements of Program Strategy we are interested in are fine tuning our Evaluation Form to measure success of the program adequately, pricing programs appropriately, and marketing programs (unique promotion ideas). Facilities (Space Planning) Conversation: 1 hour Desired skills: Facilities, Finance, Project Management Our Welcome Center/Farm Shop is in need of a face lift in hopes of selling more goods produced here on the farm along with local art and wares. Grants Project:* About 7-10 hours Desired skills: Communications, Finance, Grants, Marketing, Writing/Editing Our 122 acre, working, non-profit farm is highly reliant on grant and donor support for funding. Support with grant writing and research would help us greatly. Our non-profit mission is to educate on sustainability, agriculture, nutrition and the environment. Web Development Project:* About 7-10 hours Desired skills: Graphic Design, Information Technology, Web Development, Writing/Editing We have started a new website but we are need of help to finish the site. Website Design Project:* About 7-10 hours Desired skills: Branding, Graphic Design, Marketing, Web Design*, Writing/Editing We have started a new website but are in need of help with finishing the site.
